Juweriya is a junior planning, monitoring, evaluation & learning (PMEL) Officer at Wemos. She is part of our organization’s PMEL team.

Juweriya joined Wemos after obtaining her master’s degree in Global Health at Maastricht University (Netherlands) and McMaster University (Canada). She completed her bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Business Administration with Honors. Through her undergraduate programme, she also implemented a development project in Indonesia as part of a minor in International Aid and Development.

Juweriya worked as a Study Start-up Specialist at a clinical research organization. She was responsible for actively planning, monitoring, and tracking site activation progress of clinical studies in Dutch hospitals. For the studies that she coordinated, she was the appointed contact person for the Regulatory Authority and the Ethics Committees in the Netherlands. She also has extensive experience in academic training and volunteer work.
