Financial justice for pandemic prevention, preparedness and response

To create global health justice we need new health financing models. A new report by Geneva Global Health Hub, ‘Financial Justice for Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response’, with contributions by Wemos, looks at the relationship between the international financial architecture and current health financing models. It shows how to rethink health through an economic and financial justice lens. The WHO and member states should take this into account in the establishment of the Pandemic Accord, of which the draft text is expected to be published in December.
